$300.00 security deposit
must accompany the signed rental agreement at least 7 days prior to check-in.
At the conclusion of your stay, the security deposit is
refunded, minus the charges
for loss
(repacement cost), damage (labor $45.00/hour plus
material), and telephone calls (actual cost).
Additional charges may
apply if the above exceeds
the amount of the deposit.
Payment in full
must be made prior to check-in.
Leaving the house or property a mess may result in retaining of security deposit,
refusal for future rentals, as well as a poor reference if contacted by other property owners.
Cancellations:
Less than 7 days prior to check-in = refund less security deposit
