Rental Deposit of $300.00 must be returned with the rental agreement to hold reservation.
Security Deposit -
$300.00/week
At the conclusion of your stay, the security deposit is
refunded, minus the charges for loss
(repacement cost), damage (labor $45.00/hour
plus
material), and telephone calls (actual cost).
Additional charges may apply if the above exceeds
the amount of the deposit.
Payment in full must be made 60 days prior to check-in.
Leaving the house or property a mess may
result in retaining of security deposit, refusal for future rentals, as well as a poor reference if contacted by
other property owners.
Use of grounds for personal recreation including cross country skiing, snowshoeing,
snowmobiling and hiking requires a signed recreational use agreement.
Cancellations:
60 days prior
to check-in = full refund
30 days prior to check-in = refund less security deposit
Less than 30 days
= refund less security and rental deposit
