Holley Hill Farm is owned and operated by the Cornell Family; Jeff, Lisa, Stuart, Harrison and Charles.  We have been perfecting our maple production since 1987 and are committed to producing the finest quality maple syrup and maple products.

Holley Hill Farm is also home to a variety of animals including sheep, chickens, angora goats and an Alpaca named Felix!.

In 2006, we purchased the neighboring 100 acre farm and began renovations on the 150 year old farm house.  We have made many improvements without sacrificing the charm and appeal of a rural country homestead.  We are excited to offer this to guests year round.
